The property was close to Mayo Clinic with a shuttle which was essential as I was traveling solo. My room was super clean the pool area was great and not overly chlorinated. While I’m tube fed I do eat some orally and it was nice to have a variety so there were items I could enjoy with my limited diet options. I did not have a physical card at check in and the staff were kind enough to waive the check in fee. Every morning the staff would ask how I slept and also brought additional pillows up to my room so I could sleep at the appropriate angle for my night feeds. When returning from Mayo front staff asked me how it went and if I needed anything . I usually need additional water and while I was capable of bringing it to my room myself a staff member would just ride along with me to bring extra to my room. One night I asked if someone could escort me to my car as it was dark and icy and they had no problem and told me where to park when I came back due to my disability to make entry and exit easier. Every single staff member I encountered from front staff, manager, housekeeping and breakfast area were over the top professional, kind and went above and beyond l, even thinking of things to make my stay easier before I even before I thought about something that could turn into a sticky situation. It was also neat to meet so many people from around the country who were medically complex like myself.

Location was great, pool was very well kept, plenty of towels and lg hot tub! Wish they would put zero entrances in on these as little ones had to use steps with adult so felt like we were in the way. Lovely pool area though! Beds were comfy and room clean! Great window blackening shades no dirty hanging curtains!!! That’s awesome for cleanliness!

Very conveniently located off the highway, with parks and restaurants within a short drive. Outside of Downtown Rochester, but super easy to navigate the area. The staff were kind and courteous, even assisted in identifying a great walking trail.

This hotel is very convenient to Highway, close to food and fuel. Ample and well-lit parking, reception was kind and welcoming. Elevators were a bit slow, but not horrible. The common areas and our room were all very pleasant and clean. Our room was quiet, bathroom a bit worn but comfortable. The AC ran all night but was not disruptive. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean, a good variety of choices to pick from. The pool area was also clean and hot tub was nice (located on 2nd floor). Family friendly location, we stayed one night but would use again if needed.

Please read my review from the day before. Excellent, professional, clean, accommodating, with staff that will go the extra mile to make sure you are as comfortable, and safe that is a retreat from long appointments at the Mayo Clinic

I made a last minute reservation at 1:00 AM and when I arrived at 2:15 there was someone at the front desk waiting to greet me. She was friendly and I checked in promptly to a clean, comfortable room on an upper level as I requested in my notes. Even though I was only staying till early morning the concierge let me know about the amenities and breakfast. I can not believe what a great deal I got on the stay. Thank you!!!

We have stayed here for 10+ years. For medical visits. We love the shuttle service especially Rick. You are always easy to work with if we have to extend or shorten our stay. We appreciate that!

Enjoyed the whirlpool spa. Other places have shut down their spas, using COVID as an excuse. Appreciated the free shuttle to Mayo Clinic

Great location, clean facility with quiet doors and good breakfast. Quiet room and a real fan that worked in the bathroom, many hotels no longer have working bathroom ventilation.
